Signs you may be gluten intolerant

Let’s put it plain and simple…

Lately I’ve felt like straight dog shit. I haven’t slept a full night in months. I am fatigued beyond belief. My mood goes from high to low in the blink of an eye. Focus and mental clarity is nonexistent. Itchy is an understatement when it comes to my skin. Despite consistent efforts to lose weight, my body rejects it. A New Journey: #WhyIYoga

So, when I say I’m a yogi in training, that would probably be an understatement. I’m still figuring out the moves with the right technique with hardly any strength to actually hold me up (luckily my gymnast & cheer background helps a little). BUT, I could care less.
